Businesses seeking a liability insurance company. |
|
| Today, businesses operate in a world where global information is
available at the click of a mouse button. Potential customers are
using the internet to seek references and reviews about your business
without you ever knowing it. One irresponsible act, one instance where
your company or your company's insurance carrier did not treat an individual or client fairly, can prevent
numerous customers from even considering the use of your services. This website was constructed in response to Golden Eagle Insurance's poor treatment of a claimant. That claimant is now holding Golden Eagle Insurance and their insured (Eberhard Construction and Roofing) accountable for these actions. With a minimal investment of time and funding, an individual can inform a global audience of the poor treatment they received from a business and their insurance carrier. DO NOT THINK THAT POOR BEHAVIOR BY YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER ONLY REFLECTS POORLY ON THEM. YOU SELECTED THEIR SERVICES AND THEIR CONDUCT REFLECTS ON YOU.
When you buy liability insurance you need a company that is not only going
to protect your assets from a liability claim, but is also going to provide
claimants with the same level of customer service that you provide your
customers. Remember that the claimant did not ask to be injured by
you. The insurance carrier you select to handle your
insurance claims is no different than any other vender you hire. If
your vender is rude to your customers, your customers do not blame
that vender, THEY BLAME YOU. The same standard applies to the
insurance carrier you select. You are responsible for the behavior of
the insurance carrier you select to handle your insurance claims.

A "How to" Guide for Individuals with a Claim |
|
| If you have a claim against a business
insured by Golden Eagle Insurance or any other insurance company, and you have been treated unfairly,
YOU CAN FIGHT BACK. Just because you have a claim does
not make you a villain. In many cases you are an INNOCENT VICTIM that
was injured by the RECKLESS ACTION of a business's employee. YOU are entitled to compensation to make
yourself whole and you are entitled to be treated with respect. DO NOT
FALL VICTIM to the business's claim that "this is not their problem, you
must deal with their insurance company". The business selected their
insurance carrier and like any other vender that business uses, THEY
SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR VENDER.
BUSINESS ARE VULNERABLE. Unlike having a claim against an individual, businesses have a reputation and image with their customer base that is valuable and vulnerable. To force a business's INSURANCE vender to be held accountable for their actions, you CAN put pressure on the business itself. YOU DO THIS BY TAKING YOUR CASE DIRECTLY TO THE BUSINESS'S CUSTOMERS. Customers are using the internet to research companies they might do business with. A poor review and that customer MAY NOT even contact the business. LOOK AT how fanatical the EBay community is concerning "Feedback". If you are wronged by a business and their insurance carrier, you can bring your case to the attention of every potential customer that business has with your own website full of YOUR FEEDBACK. Put enough pressure on the business's customers, and eventually the business will put pressure on the insurance carrier to deal with you fairly. To do this you need THREE things. 1. A Domain Name that is identifiable with the business that injured you. If the offending business has a website, find a domain name that is the same, but with a different extension. For example, Golden Eagle Insurance has a website at www.goldeneagle-ins.com and this website is at www.Goldeneagle-ins.info . If a simple change in extension is not available, try adding a hyphen into the business's domain name or find some other close variation. A similar domain name will help get your website more exposure on the major internet search engines. You can use a domain registry company such as www.namecheap.com to purchase your domain name and to search for an available domain name. 2. A Simple Website that easily communicates your story. Your website can be as simple as a one page website like this one or the website at www.eberhardco.info . Make sure you stick to the truth, and avoid simple slander. The fact that you have set up a website is enough to worry some customers and convince them to boycott the business. You should raise as many questions as possible about whether a customer would want to do business with such a company. As long as your website is not childish or amateurish, it will have the potential for persuading a customer to go elsewhere. Just the threat of losing customers will be enough to set a business's management on edge especially when they have paid big insurance premiums to have claims handled and not turned into public relations nightmares. 3. Time will be on your side. The longer your website is up, the more potential customers of the offending business you can reach. You should install a counter on your website to track the number of visitors. The offending business needs to know that your website is getting visitors and that they may be losing potential customers. Your greatest asset will be to get your website listed on the major internet search engines so that when customers search on a business's name, they will find your website and hear how poorly that business treats people. Have friends use major search engines to access your website to increase its rating on the search engines. |
